Progress Updates - July 2024

As we have been exploring the possibility of expanding our existing school to incorporate a Chesterton Academy High School, we have been providing periodic updates on our progress to those who have expressed interest. The following updates are what our team was working on in the month of July:

Summer Break: The Board is taking a well-deserved month off and is not scheduled to meet in July. Our next meeting is scheduled for August 21.

Business Plan: The subcommittee working on the narrative business plan has completed an initial draft. This will now be sent to the Chesterton School Network for their review and input.  

Informational Meetings: The board will begin offering a series of informational meetings in the Fall. The first of these involve Board Members staffing an information table following the weekend Masses on August 24/25. A more detailed session is scheduled for September 15 following the 10:00 AM Mass. 

Website: In anticipation of these informational meetings, the board has begun developing a website for the Chesterton Academy which will be launched later this month.
